We offer custom processing and personalized butcher services for locals, including complete cutting to order, curing, smoking, and sausage production. Slaughtering is done at your place. (We don't slaughter chickens or turkeys).
Due to capacity limitations during fairs and holidays, the cooler is closed 4 to 6 times each year.
